All FAQsA sedan such as a Dzire or Etios is about ₹3,200 one way and an Innova Crysta about ₹4,600. That covers fuel, tolls, parking and the driver allowance, so there is nothing further to pay on the road. The drive takes roughly four and a half hours on NH10.
Yes. Our Phuentsholing desk files the entry permit for you, which normally takes one working day. Carry a passport or voter ID, two passport photographs and the filled application form. Route permits for Punakha and further east are processed in Thimphu, and we handle those too.
Nathu La, Tsomgo Lake, Lachen, Lachung and Gurudongmar all sit inside protected areas. Those permits are arranged as part of the package, and foreign nationals also get their Restricted Area Permit for Sikkim through us. Permit fees are charged at actuals.
Give us the flight number at the time of booking. The driver tracks it and waits. The first hour after landing carries no waiting charge, and for genuine airline delays we do not charge waiting at all.
Cancelling more than 48 hours before pickup is free and the advance comes back in full. Inside 48 hours the advance is held as credit against another trip within six months. The full wording is on our cancellation and refund page.
