The location was situated on the border of West Bengal & Nepal. The place was also called ‘Zero Point’ as that place neither belongs to Nepal nor to West Bengal. Tourist could see a beautiful view point of Sandakafu and their peaks. But we were upset as that time dense fog captured the entire location to visualize the natural beauty. The fog was so dense that we were wet. From a local hawkers/stall, we purchased some Nepal’s chocolates and ate ‘Wai-Wai’ – most popular local noodles having significance that it can be eaten directly or by boiling. This is a large open area from where the highest moutain peak Sandakphu(3636m) of Singalila ridge can be seen. From Lepchajagat, on the way of Pashupati market this Simana view point is covered. It gives a wide angle view of Nepal which is really amazing.
